Do you work for clients outside Rotorua?
Most of our current clients are based in Rotorua, we also work for clients further afield in the Bay of Plenty, Coromandel, Waikato, Auckland and Wellington. We are open to considering potential clients from any location, whether we plan to communicate by remote or to arrange face to face meetings.
I only need a logo and a business card, do you do small jobs too?
Absolutely. Of course we appreciate large client projects, but every client deserves great creative service no matter how large or small the job.
How much will my project cost?
Each project is quoted individually to consider the brief, client provision of material, schedule, specific requirements, final production costs, additional services (photography, signwriting etc.)
Can you arrange printing and other services?
Yes, we have established relationships with a variety of service providers so we can recommend the most appropriate for a given project. We can also assemble a team of the most suitable professionals to meet your requirements (e.g. photographers, signwriters and web coders).
Is my project safe while you’re working on it?
We have structured back up, archival, and disaster recover procedures in place, including strategies to complete projects underway if the lead designer is unavailable.
